POLICIES

Your business is welcome at My Place to Yours SHOPPING, and my goal is to provide you with a wonderful buying experience! I also want you to feel confident that you are dealing with a friendly and professional shop owner. If you have questions about any of my items for sale, please email me, and I will gladly answer them as quickly as possible.  (You may find some of your questions answered at the FAQ link.)

GIFT CERTIFICATES 
Due to requirements of the TN gift certificate law, I am unable to offer gift certificates.  However, if you wish to establish credit on behalf of someone else, please contact me, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

LAYAWAYS
I am willing to consider layaway on any single item over $100. 1/3 of total due immediately with 1/3 due each of the next two months. A signed Layaway Agreement is required prior to purchase. Please contact me for further details if you are interested in taking advantage of the layaway option.


PAYMENTS
I accept payments via PayPal only.  I will send you an invoice, and you may pay using your PayPal account or a credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).  Your purchase will be shipped to the address you have listed with PayPal, so please be sure it is correct!  No personal checks accepted. 


TN residents must pay 9.75% sales tax in addition to the item price and shipping.

SHIPPING/HANDLING
I am happy to combine items for shipping whenever possible in order to save you money!

U.S. customers:  Items up to 12 oz. are eligible for First Class shipping, and I will offer that economic option if possible.  Otherwise, I ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation included. 
I pride myself on 10+ years of shipping with NO items damaged in transit, but there could be a first time. Since I cannot be responsible for items once they are shipped, I strongly recommend you purchase insurance on all breakable items.  IF you choose to do so, you must request insurance prior to purchase.  IMPORTANT:  Insurance covers the amount PAID for the item -- NOT its actual value.

International customers:  I am always willing to consider shipping outside the U.S., but PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST! If I agree to ship internationally, I will ship via USPS First Class Mail International if possible to save you money. Insurance will be included, but tracking is not always possible once your package leaves the U.S. Of course, I will do everything I can to ensure that your package arrives safely, but I cannot be responsible for your package once it is mailed. The BUYER is responsible for all customs and/or miscellaneous international fees as required by your country. (Please do not ask me to mark your purchase as a gift.)

** Unless I am traveling on business (which I do on occasion), you may expect your purchase to ship within 2 business days. If you wish to make a purchase but are hoping to receive it immediately, please contact me BEFORE purchasing to be sure I can accommodate your schedule.

I will always notify you when your package is shipped so you'll know it's on the way!
 

REFUNDS
Unless I have made an obvious mistake in my listing, all sales are FINAL as it is my intent is to downsize. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase upon receiving it, please contact me immediately (within 3 days). I will appreciate an opportunity to discuss the situation and will do everything I can to make you a happy customer!
